  6. Header-Creator V1.0 (Developement tool for C programming)

  9. Header-Creator is a tool for developing C programmes. It
  10. is supposed to help commentating source codes, by inserting
  11. a programme head as well as function heads.
  12.  
  13. Thus it is possible to keep concentration on developing the
  14. actual programme code. The Header-Creator adds standard
  15. heads to a source code which is able to be compiled. Those
  16. heads already include the author's name and the date. Now
  17. you just have to insert further information into the heads.

  19. The original source file remains as a backup.
